SOFTWARE, WITH PURPOSE.Thoughtfully engineered. Carefully made.

A FOCUSED WAY FORWARD

Evaluate the audio you actually have, not a perfect studio example.

01

Transcription workflows

Convert approved recordings into text and review the result against representative accents, vocabulary and recording conditions.

02

Search and extract from transcripts

Connect transcript passages to search, classification and summaries, retaining the source context for a reviewer.

03

Voice-enabled experiences

Scope capture, recognition, confirmation and the application action as one user journey.

04

Deliberate audio handling

Define recording consent, permissions, storage and retention with the people responsible for the workflow.

From language to a useful workflow.

Our NLP work covers extraction, classification and semantic search. Speech projects add an audio evaluation stage before text enters those workflows.

How we start

One useful release.
A clear way forward.

  1. 01

    Define the audio conditions

Review recording quality, languages, vocabulary and the intended use of the output.

  2. 02

    Compare on a sample

Measure transcription errors and review effort on representative recordings.

  3. 03

    Connect the result

Integrate approved output into the product with permissions and exception handling.

Before we build

A few useful answers.

How do you evaluate speech recognition?

We agree on a representative audio sample and reference transcripts, then compare errors, latency, operating cost and the amount of human correction required.

Can you promise a fixed accuracy before seeing our audio?

No. Recording conditions, speakers and terminology affect the result. A scoped evaluation gives a more useful answer than a universal accuracy claim.

Can the system run in our environment?

Hosting and model choices are part of the assessment. We compare the data-handling requirements, available infrastructure and operational constraints.
